Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, location, view, facilities, food, parking etc. They were very helpful, accurate and supportive. Location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and medina, still quite away of all the crowd. Balcony view to Medina , specially at night is very nice, almost romantic. Taxi is available in a minute, with more then affordable price. (Necessarily negotiate with the driver). Dinner is quite OK, with acceptable price. Breakfast OK as well.

Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular on the pool. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. I extended my stay in the hotel to extra 4 nights due to their Quality of services. Bravo 👏 Talal Alhawsawi

Probably in the warmer season, we could enjoy the yard, pool and spa and add some points. The location is very good, with big parking lot and a short walk to Medina. We didn't take breakfast, so there are no comments.
