I'm only giving a quite good rating because the manager was really nice and helpful when we had a problem with our car. Good service! The pool area is nice when it's warm enough (it wasn't in January). Breakfast has lots of options.

First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very additive to gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular on the pool. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. I extended my stay in the hotel to extra 4 nights due to their Quality of services. Bravo 👏 Talal Alhawsawi

Lovely hotel, off season visit so pool was cold but immaculately maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I also had a lovely spa experience, hamam and massage.

Beautiful resort place with comfortable stay at a good price. Our bedroom was pool facing and had an amazing view. The property is very near to new city of Fes and also not very far from Medina(may not be walkable for everyone) but taxis are easily available from outside the hotel.
